In collaboration with Mobiix (www.mobiix.it), AIknow implemented a series of custom Gateway applications for an important organization that creates production lines.
The applications need to interface with both latest generation production lines via the most modern protocols typical in IoT (MQTT to name one), as well as with old plants via industrial type serial protocols (Modbus), in a revamping or retrofitting logic, standardizing the data and acquiring it locally in a common format which allows its use in analysis processes to then be forwarded to the BI platform used by the customer and thus obtain important information related to the functional and process status.
The software application has been engineered to facilitate integration with any data collection and sensor system, anticipating future needs.

Control of the risk parameters of old plants via the BI platform already adopted internally by the client for the latest generation systems.
