Edge-to-Cloud system for the remote control of tension stabilizers. The Edge component communicates with the stabilizer through industrial protocols, constantly acquiring the functional parameters and generating telemetry with a dynamic sampling frequency. The collected information is saved immediately in the gateway and is able to be historicized locally, in case of cloud disconnection, and then sent when the connection is reestablished. The cloud platform is able to show the telemetry relative to the data points gathered by each machine. In this way, the user can analyze the machine’s behavior, as well as compare different data points on the same graph and highlight eventual anomalies.
